Lodging Guests: Upon arrival of more than two guests, which have not been added to your reservation, rates will be changed upon arrival. Additional guests rate is $50/per person, per night.

LODGE: 7 day cancel prior to arrival will forfeit 50% of entire stay. All reservations are guaranteed after the cancellation date. Early departure or no-show will result in total reservation charges.
SMOKING: ALL Cabins and Lodge Rooms are non-smoking – Any evidence will result in $300 recovery fee to be charged to reservation credit card.
CHECK OUT TIME: 10:00 am POOL: We do not supply pool towels - Please bring your own. Children under 16 must have Adult supervision - These policies are non-negotiable!
PAYMENT: All Charter and Licenses MUST be paid in CASH only – Please inform all guests in your party. Late arrivals must remit payment the next day – we do not automatically charge your card and must have a signature. ALL credit card charges will have a 3% administration fee applied. The credit card on file will be used for incidental or damage to the Cabins or Lodge Rooms.
ON-LINE RESERVATION: Upon arrival guest must register and remit payment in the Office with a signature. When number of guest changes, so do the rates and will be adjusted upon arrival. There are different size cabins and 4 guests cannot be accommodated in a small cabin. Please contact us to verify your on-line reservation if you have any question prior to your arrival. We reserve the right to change room/cabin assignment as necessary. On-line bookings you must cancel through the booking engine as well as K&G Lodge. LICENSES: Upon arrival, you may purchase NYS Fishing and LOC Derby tickets.
DIRECTIONS: 81 North to 481 North. Intersection of 481 and 104, turn right. The red light after Ruby Tuesday’s, turn left onto George Street and follow to next red flashing light and turn right onto County Route 1 and follow to K&G Lodge sign – check in office by the pool.
